I’m writing a series of essays about being an independent consultant and advisor. The first two pieces in this series are Me-As-A-Service and Being Hired to Care. I just wrapped up the summer cohort of Effective Customer Conversations. I’ll be running the next one in mid September. You can find more info and registration at the prior link.

Finally, I wrote a few words and took photos of my pièce unique from Unimatic — a blank dial GMT watch that is as ridiculous as it is perfect. This was a birthday present and personal project, and I’m thrilled with the final results.
