Research - Perspectives & Practice

I believe that research is a practice of rigorous curiosity, and the role of researchers in an organization is to help the people they work with make better decisions. At scale, this means building intentional, responsible, and sustainable systems of learning with and from the people you want to serve.

I recognize that this view is not held by everyone, but thankfully that’s the joy of your own opinions — they’re yours. This is what I believe and the spirit with which I like to practice. Within this page, I’ve tried to curate a set of materials and resources that help communicate these beliefs in more detail, as well as expand on them in others’ voices and highlight what’s been influential in shaping them. I love hearing what of this — if anything — resonates with you (or doesn’t!), so don’t hesitate to reach out.

Twitter Threads
