In March, I joined Vercel as Chief of Staff for Product & Engineering, where my goals is improving velocity and alignment across the organization.

Last year, I shared a series of essays about being an independent consultant and advisor. The first two pieces in this series were Me-As-A-Service and Being Hired to Care.
